How to choose your dragon boat uniform
選擇龍舟制服時，重點是舒適、透氣、快乾，而且不能妨礙划槳動作。
- 材質：選擇輕薄、排汗、快乾的運動布料，因為划龍舟時很容易流汗和被水濺濕。
- 尺寸：以合身但不緊繃為佳。試穿時可以模擬向前伸手和划槳，確認肩膀、背部及腰部活動自如。
- 上衣：常見有背心、無袖或短袖款。炎熱天氣可選較透氣的款式，戶外訓練也要考慮防曬。
- 下身：可搭配運動短褲、壓縮短褲或緊身運動褲，避免過於寬鬆而影響活動。
- 團隊設計：比賽制服通常統一顏色、隊徽、隊名和選手姓名，設計最好清晰、容易辨認。
- 實際測試：穿上制服後做幾次「前伸 → 入水 → 拉槳 → 回槳」的動作；如果腋下摩擦、肩膀被拉住或衣服一直往上跑，就應換尺寸或款式。
