Ordering Process
Q: How long does it take to receive the goods after placing an order?
A:
The general lead time is 14 to 21 working days, depending on the style and order quantity. If you need to rush an order, you can contact us for urgent service.
Q: How do I place an order? What is the process?
A:
You can contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email. We will first understand your needs and quote, then confirm the design and order details, and finally arrange production.
Q: How can I confirm that the contents of my order are correct?
A:
We will provide a mock-up of the design and a detailed list of dimensions, and both parties will confirm that they are correct before entering the production process.
Design & Customize Content
Q: Can I bring my own design files?
A:
Absolutely, AI, PDF or PNG high-resolution files are recommended.
Q: What fabrics are available?
A:
We offer a variety of functional fabrics, including: Sweat wicking cloths, elastic fabrics, eco-friendly fabrics (e.g. REPREVE®), sunscreen fabrics, etc. We will suggest suitable options according to the application, and you can also refer to the cloth introduction on the website.
Q: What are the printing or processing methods?
A:
We provide sublimation printing, silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, embroidery and other processing methods. We will recommend the most suitable treatment method according to the design and fabric characteristics.
Q: No design experience, can you assist with the design?
A:
Yes. We have a design team that can provide you with a first draft depending on your brand style, the nature of the event or the image of your team
Sizes & Templates
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A:
The detailed size chart of each product is available on the website for reference, and you can also make an appointment for sample fitting if necessary.
Q: Can I make a sample first?
A:
Yes. The prototype production time is about 7 to 10 working days after the order is confirmed. The fee will depend on the style and order amount: if the total order amount of a single product is less than HK$5,000, a non-refundable pattern making fee will be charged; If the total amount is more than HK$5,000, one sample will be provided free of charge, and additional charges will be charged if multiple samples are required.
Q: Are you available in oversized or elongated cuts?
A:
Yes. Extended or extra-large sizes (e.g. 3XL and above) are available upon request, and some sizes may be available for an additional fee.
Price & Payment
Q: How is the price calculated?
A:
The price will be determined according to the style, quantity ordered, fabric and printing method. Welcome to provide demand data and let us quote for you.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A:
We accept Faster Payment System (FPS), bank transfer, cheque by post or cash in person.
Q: When do I need to pay?
A:
After confirming the design drawing and size, you can arrange the payment. Full payment is required for orders below HK$5,000, 50% deposit for orders above HK$5,000, and the balance is to be paid before shipment.
Shipping & Freight Charges
Q: Is there a delivery service?
A:
Yes. Free local delivery service for orders of HK$500 or above (excluding delivery to freight/logistics warehouse); If the order amount is less than HK$500, you need to pick up the parcel by yourself or use SF Express to pay for delivery.
Q: Can I arrange overseas delivery?
A:
Yes. We provide international delivery services, the shipping fee will be quoted separately, or you can choose to send it by a custom courier company (Note: Import duties and VAT must be handled and paid by the customer).
After-sales and Returns
Q: Can I return or exchange my clothes if I find that the size does not fit after receiving them?
A:
As all garments are custom-made, returns due to incorrect size selection will not be accepted. It is recommended to refer to our size chart or book a sample to try it on. However, if the error between the actual finished product and the size chart exceeds 3cm, we will replace it for you free of charge.
Q: What should I do if I find a problem after receiving the goods?
A:
If there is a quality problem, typographical error or does not match the order, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the order, we will assist you as soon as possible.
Q: Can I return or exchange customized products?
A:
Unless there is a quality problem or an order error, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm the design and size carefully before production.
